The weather has been a'changing and our family has had its bouts of sickness, but I haven't forgotten about my goal of visiting different parks here in Seattle. We have visited a few that I haven't yet gotten around to posting about yet, but for now I thought I'd just post my "Bucket List" for the parks I hope to visit this school year.
Since we live in North Seattle, most of the parks we will be visiting will be within a half hour from our home. Consequently, we probably won't be making it to West Seattle or many of the wonderful Eastside parks that I have heard of.
After we've visited the different parks, I'll be updating this list to a link with my blog post and removing the basic hyperlink.

- Seattle.gov's Parks and Gardens - Virtual tours and descriptions of some of the larger parks in the region.
- Points of Interest list - more than just parks, includes other places you may want to visit in Seattle
- Search for a Seattle Park by Feature (e.g. play areas, walking trails, bathrooms, etc.)
- Shoreline Parks - not nearly as exciting as Seattle's webpage, but it gets the job done.
- Edmonds Parks - also not exciting, but has downloads for park listings and walking tours
